Camera: Our app requests camera access to allow you to capture photos of job progress, quality inspections, and work documentation. Photos are only taken when you actively use the camera feature.

Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you real-time job updates, new assignments, and team messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

Usage Data: We may collect basic usage data such as job interactions, stage updates, and app performance metrics to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate and identify workers within the production system
• Display assigned jobs and production tasks
• Enable real-time communication between workers and supervisors
• Send push notifications for job updates and assignments
• Track production progress through manufacturing stages
• Facilitate quality control documentation with photos

Your data is transmitted securely using encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). Job data and messages are stored on our secure servers. Local data is stored on your device for offline access and is cleared when you log out.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only shared within the ProTrack management system between authorized workers and supervisors in your organization.

Our app uses the following third-party services:
